Meet The Trainer
Jon is an Organisational Change professional with over thirty years’ experience in the leadership of digital transformation in Financial Services, Banking, Payments, Insurance, FMCG, TV and Retail sectors. Jon has been involved in change and innovation since leaving university. His roles have included Head of IT for Motorola Communications, Project Manager for Digital Equipment and Chief Executive for international consulting firm Severn Group Plc. Recently Jon delivered a $23 million regulatory programme for a major North American Bank using Lean and Agile techniques.
Currently, as Agile Transformation Director, Jon is focused on the cultural aspects of implementing agile in order to deliver successful customer projects faster.
