Course Outline
You’ll discover how your work fits into and influences the overall delivery of business objectives. Through this deep dive, you’ll identify common disconnects in the strategy lifecycle and learn how to bridge those gaps effectively, no matter your role.
Next, you’ll explore the IMPACT Driver mindset shifts—the key behaviours and perspectives that help PMO and project teams move from managing outputs to delivering outcomes. With group exercises, personal reflection, and collaborative discussions, you’ll develop your leadership capability and how to apply these techniques to elevate your team’s performance and drive greater organizational value.
Finally, you’ll apply what you’ve learned through a practical, value-based exercise using key components of the IMPACT Engine framework. This session ensures you leave with an actionable plan tailored to your role and organizational needs.
By the end of the course, you’ll understand how to support delivery success, adopt the mindset shifts needed to drive measurable outcomes, and take the first steps in applying the IMPACT Engine System for long-term success.
