
Essentials for PMO Analysts Training and Certification is aimed at current PMO Analysts, PMO Coordinators, Project Support Officers and those moving from a business operations role into a PMO. This course is suitable for those who have foundation-level knowledge of project, programme or portfolio management. As a result, a formally recognised Project Management certification at Foundation level is a prerequisite. Completion of internal organisation-led courses is also accepted.
The course is also appropriate for PMO Administrators looking to move up to the role of PMO Analysts (may also be referred to as Project Officer or Project Co-Ordinator), and those who have worked within a project team and are looking to move into PMO or Project Management.
