Welcome to Module Six

We’re now approaching the end of the P3O® Foundation with the final module on Roles.

There are three types of P3O roles – management, generic or functional roles.

You will already have received an examination voucher from Peoplecert when you first joined this course.

P3O exams are delivered by PeopleCert and can be taken at your own PC via online proctoring. This means an exam invigilator will be available over webcam while you take your exam online. The exam can be scheduled at any time convenient to you, including evenings and weekends.

  • Roles often misunderstood:
    • Portfolio Analyst – much more senior that often thought.
    • Programme/ Project Officer vs Programme/ Project Specialist.
  • Specialist roles are those that can be resourced through embedded resources within the P3O.
  • Not every role requires P3M experience.
