My function is relatively new in an organisation that isn’t too sure what a Portfolio Management Office is. To be able to talk through these challenges and the pro’s and con’s of different models was extremely valuable. As an added bonus to get observations and feedback on my personal approach was the icing on the cake and has given me a real boost in confidence.
