With COVID-19 still raging on, PMO practitioners have been adapting to how they use the technology – like video conferencing and collaboration tools – to not only conduct meetings but also webinars, training sessions and lessons learnt/retrospectives.
In this short video (10 minutes) PMO Learning’s Eileen Roden shares some great tips on facilitating these virtual meetings.
Eileen is a Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF) from the Learning and Performance Institute which is all about taking traditional approaches in face-to-face meetings and classrooms and re-purposing them for the online world.
If you’ve been doing a lot of your meetings this way recently, you’ll probably agree that it’s not always as straightforward as you would have hoped.
