I’m a Leadership and Team Development Coach and Consultant with over 25 years experience gained in a wide range of functions and project environments. My coaching and mentoring sessions cover / focus on all sorts of leadership and people based topics. I help people get the most from their technical expertise by developing their leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
Examples include dealing with difficult team members and situations, leading a team through change, improving team and department performance, having difficult conversations, dealing with toxic workplace relationships, creating enabling working environments, giving feedback and effective delegation.
