Exam:

75 minutes, 60 complex multiple choice (OTE) questions, 50% pass mark

Certification Body:

APMG International

  • APMG exams use an online proctoring system which allows you to take your exam anytime. Their ProctorU system, will access your exam as you take it to monitor the exam environment through your computer’s desktop, webcam and microphone.
  • Please make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements. To check if you can use the online exam system please run this test before booking the course.

Pre-Requisites:

You will need a practitioner level knowledge of projects, programmes or portfolios – any formally recognised Project Management certification or the appropriate level of practical experience will be accepted. For example, any of the following are applicable:
  • Essentials for PMO Analyst Certification
  • A Practitioner certificate in either P3O®, PRINCE2®, Praxis Framework™, AgilePM®, MSP®, PRINCE2 Agile, APM PFQ, PMQ, PM4SD™, PMP®, PgMP®, or CAPM or equivalent
  • 3 years experience of working within a PMO, project, programme or portfolio environment

Certification:

On successful completion of the course and examination, course delegates will be certified as Essentials for PMO Managers™ certified.
