MoP® Foundation and Practitioner
If you have limited time out for training or would like to get both courses done together. Just check the live training schedule to see what’s available.
The MoP® Foundation & Practitioner Certification is the combined course for MoP® which lasts for five days.
The course Foundation course will confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding to work as an informed member of a Portfolio Office or in a range of portfolio management roles.The practitioner part of the course allows you to demonstrate an understanding of how to apply and tailor the MoP guidance and to analyse portfolio data, documentation and roles in relation in a practical context. You will be able to advise on the implementation of appropriate practices and techniques, and apply the method to a live portfolio.

MoP® Foundation and Practitioner Virtual Classroom
If you’re not able to travel to a public training course, take a look at the virtual classroom option.
The virtual classroom still follows the same classroom schedule – so that’s three days for the MoP Foundation and two days for the MoP Practitioner.
Your virtual classroom has a live instructor throughout the course and you’ll be using online technology to learn alongside your fellow PMO learners.
You’ll still receive all the materials – just like you would in a real classroom – plus you’ll also be engaging in training exercises online with your peers.
They only thing that is different, you’ll be attending from anywhere you feel most comfortable.
MoP® Foundation and Practitioner eLearning
At PMO Learning we provide the PMO specific training and we’ve recently teamed up with Aspire Europe Ltd, as a trusted reseller to provide the best eLearning for the key PPM certifications.
You’ll receive your course enrolment via email, with details on how to access the course materials and set your login details. You’ll also receive instructions on how to sign up and schedule your exam. You’ll have course access for 12 months after enrolment so you can work through the content at your own pace. You can use the content on your PC or mobile and track your progress online.
