Last Friday we held the Assurance for PMO Professionals Taster Session!
It was great to meet with Eileen who took us through what it’s like to attend a PMO Learning course, what to expect and the technology we use. Eileen then went on to discuss the course structure and content. This specialist course runs for two days with the option of a third day if you are wanting to complete the course in-house. We then learned about integrated assurance, assurance frameworks and assurance in P3M best practice!
