Last Friday we hosted another taster session and this time we looked at the popular Essentials for PMO Analysts course.
The Essentials for PMO Analysts course launched last year and is the second instalment in a four-part suite from the House of PMO, designed to give training for each level of PMO practitioner ranging from Administrator, Analyst, Manager, and Director. In the session, Eileen took us through the purpose of the Analyst role, the key competencies and behaviours they have, and the PMO Lifecycle. We also got a detailed overview of this five-day course with an agenda and a list of topics covered on each day.
