The AgilePM course is focused on managing projects which have adopted the Agile principles, approaches, techniques and tools.

If you’re currently experienced in traditional project management – waterfall projects – and looking to broaden your knowledge to understand how Agile projects are run, the AgilePM course is the most popular course for project practitioners today.

Relevant exam vouchers included in course fee.

Why should I take the course?

PMO practitioners are increasingly supporting both traditional and Agile projects – this hybrid approach to project delivery is quickly becoming the norm in organisations.

For a PMO practitioner, it is imperative that you have the knowledge and understanding of these types of projects and what is required of you to maintain the support offered by the PMO.

For PMO practitioners with minimal exposure to Agile, the Foundation level of this course is sufficient to equip you with the knowledge you need to understand an Agile project lifecycle.

The course, accredited by APMG is based on the Agile Business Consortium’s framework, DSDM, which specifically focuses on the management of Agile projects.

You’ll learn about all the Agile jargon and what it means; you’ll gain an understanding of how iterative development on projects works and gain insights into how your role in an Agile environment will change.

The AgilePM Foundation course is available to take online now.
