Why should I take the course?

How do I take this course?

This course is provided via eLearning. You will receive login details to access the course materials and lessons, you then take the course, learning at your own pace.

The price also includes the exam. An exam voucher will be issued to you and you can take the exam whenever you are ready. Exams are proctored, which means they can be booked and carried out remotely. You will need a PC/laptop with webcam in order to take the exam. Instructions on how to book your exam will be sent to you.

Is Better Business Cases well recognised?

Predominately within the public sector yes. If your PMO role includes business case support as a service within this sector, there will be a distinct advantage for you having the certification.

Will it teach me what I need to know about business cases?

Although it is a UK government approach to business case development, the guidance and subsequent training have been taken up by project practitioners across all kinds of industry. It is a comprehensive course and the only one that focuses on the project environment.
