Last week we met with Lindsay for another Lunch and Learn session to discuss PMO training courses and more specifically, picking the right ones for your role in PMO.
The purpose of the session was to explore the different training courses that exist for people working in PMO today. Lindsay goes on to discuss what certification courses are available such as the Essentials suite, P3O®, MoP®, and P3GP. We also explored specialist courses such as Benefits Management, Lean-Agile, and Assurance for PMO practitioners who want to focus on specific areas to improve on in their PMO.
The Lunch and Learn sessions are also designed for you to be able to ask our trainers questions before or during the live session and get expert advice on courses, career paths, coaching or real-life experiences working in or managing a PMO.
