The purpose of this session is to provide an understanding of why a PMO needs a roadmap and how to build one. Eileen starts off by discussing what a roadmap is, the PMO vision and service strategy, PMO success in service-based PMOs, and the PMO lifecycle. Eileen then goes on to show the PMO roadmap in a sunbeam diagram and provides a scenario based on risk management.
