PMO Learning is back at the largest PMO classroom on the 8th June in London, and the 14th June in Edinburgh!
This one-day learning event is curated for you, the PMO practitioner, focusing on the key challenge areas for PMOs today, including a blend of large-scale classroom learning; workshops; exercises and quizzes.
This year we’ll be covering four key theme areas – Facilitation Skills, Metrics & Measures, Coaching Conversations and Value Streams.
